Thank you Thank you Thank you so much for supporting EyeMuse!! We appreciate it so much! We acknowledge that there are so much areas that we need to improve. Thank you for giving us a chance to grow together with you all. Here’s a quick update for all pending orders. We will continue to update here timely.

Updates on 25.11.2020 EyeMuse signature transparent casings has arrived to EyeMuse warehouse. Packing team are working to send out the parcels. Kindly allow the logistic team 2 – 3 days to clear all the pending orders from 09/11/2020 – 16/11/2020 due to the high parcel volume during this hard time.

Updates on 24.11.2020 EyeMuse signature transparent casings are now in KL hub. It will be delivered to EyeMuse warehouse within 2 working days after stock count. Parcels are scheduled to be dispatched to customers before 30/11/2020.

Updates on 23.11.2020 EyeMuse signature transparent casings are now successfully cleared from Malaysian Customs and is scheduled to be sent to KL hub before 25.11.2020. 

Updates on 18.11.2020 LED mirror has arrived to EyeMuse warehouse. Packing team are working to send out the parcels. Partial orders will have to wait for EyeMuse signature transparent casings arrival. The shipment has scheduled for flight on 19/11/2020. 

Updates on 17.11.2020 The LED mirror is now in KL warehouse. It will be delivered to EyeMuse warehouse within 2 working days.  Partial stock of EyeMuse signature transparent casings shipment has scheduled for flight on 19/11/2020. 

Updates on 16.11.2020 The LED mirror is now successfully cleared from Malaysian Customs and is scheduled to sent to warehouse by 20.11.2020. We will work on to ship out the parcel by 25.11.2020.

Updates on 13.11.2020 Due to the overwhelming orders during Double 11 Sales, EyeMuse Casings are currently out of stock. All orders from 13.11 onwards will be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks once the stock has arrived.

Updates for order between 08.11.2020 ~ 11.11.2020 For all orders between 08~11.11 that are eligible for Free Gift LED mirror, your order is currently pending to ship out. The LED mirror was expected to arrive by 10.11.2020, however, the cargo was facing delay in Malaysian Customs clearance procedure. You may have gotten the pre-generated tracking number, but it will not be trackable until your parcel is shipped.
